“Emergency Visa is only issued in case of genuine emergency like death or serious illness of immediate family member (blood relation) subject to production of documentary evidence like death certificate/Hospital certificate duly signed and stamped.
Application for Emergency Visa with relevant documents can be submitted at the High Commission of India, Aldwych, London, up to 1900 hours on working days and from 1000 hours to 1730 hrs during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Any suppression of factual information or providing false information will not only result in refusal of current visa but in future also. The decision of the Consular Officer in this matter shall be final.”
